The outsourced CFO can collaborate with senior-level management to maintain the organization’s financial sustainability, cash-flow management, investment portfolio and the department’s policies and processes including the continuous improvement of systems. The outsourced CFO can perform the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and analyses, as well as prepare and monitor cash flow, forecasts, budgets, grants, revenues & expenses and mitigate liabilities. The CFO will lead and complete all annual audit activities, tax compliance and other related annual filings.
